Richardson Gratings™ Echelle Reflective Diffraction Gratings는 기타 reflective diffraction grating에 비해 더 뛰어난 분해능및 분산력을 특징으로 합니다. 이 그레이팅은 코스식(coarse) 그루브 간격, 상대적으로 낮은 그루브 밀도를 비롯해 높은 블레이즈각 등의 특성을 가지고 있으며, NUV - IR(~20μm) 파장 구간에서 사용하기 적합합니다. 이 밖에도 각분산(angular dispersion) 및 처리량이 높은 compact high resolution spectrometer와 같은 용도에 이상적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.

참고: 그레이팅은 매우 민감한 표면을 가지고 있으므로 취급 시 손이 닿지 않도록 주의해야 합니다. 먼지 입자 제거를 위해 클리닝이 필요한 경우 압축 공기를 이용한 비접촉식 클리닝을 권장드립니다.
