TECHSPEC® LS Series Line Scan Lenses는 5μm 픽셀의 82mm 16K 라인 스캔 카메라와 5um 픽셀의 62.5mm 12k 라인 스캔 카메라 용도로 설계된 제품입니다. 왜곡이 적은 이 렌즈에는 동축 인라인 조명(coaxial inline illumination)을 위해 빔스플리터가 부착되어 있습니다. 라인 스캔 센서에는 빔스플리터를 사용할 수 있으며 영역 스캔 센서에는 윈도우를 사용할 수 있습니다. 잠금식 아이리스는 f/2.9 - f/22 범위에서 조절이 가능합니다. V-Mount는 조절 및 정렬을 용이하게 해줍니다. TECHSPEC® LS Series Line Scan Lenses는 이미지 전체 영역에서 높고 균일한 해상도를 제공함에 따라 전자 기기, 평면 패널 디스플레이, 반도체 웨이퍼 검사와 같은 용도에 이상적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
