분광계(Spectrometer)는 환경 또는 화학적 분석, 형광, 라만과 같은 다양한 분광 분석 용도에서 빛의 특성을 계측하는 데 사용됩니다. 분광계는 스펙트럼 라인을 감지하고 파장이나 강도를 측정하기 위해 디텍터를 통합한 광학 기구입니다. 분광계는 약한 광신호를 감지하기 위해 구성 요소 설정을 파악할 때 이상적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 분광계는 필터가 특정 파장을 적절히 차단 또는 투과시켰는지 여부를 판단하기 위해 광학 필터의 효율성을 시험하는 데도 사용할 수 있습니다.
