Interferometry Objectives는 표면 맵과 표면 계측 파라미터를 얻기 위해 비접촉 광학 프로파일(non-contact optical profile) 측정 장비에 사용됩니다. 이 대물렌즈를 이용하면 빛의 매우 작은 파장 내에서 굉장히 높은 정밀도로 표면의 지형(topography)을 검사할 수 있습니다. 빔이 빔스플리터를 통과하면 빔이 샘플의 표면을 비롯해 내부에 있는 reference mirror로 전달됩니다. 이들 표면에서 반사된 빛은 다시 결합되어 간섭 무늬 패턴(fringe interference pattern)을 형성하게 됩니다. Michelson Objective는 더 긴 작동 거리, 더 넓은 시야(FOV), 더 깊은 심도(depth of field)를 제공하며, Mirau Objective는 높은 배율과 NA를 필요로 하는 용도에 사용됩니다. Nikon 200mm tube lens(#58-520)를 사용하면 이 대물렌즈를 C-마운트 카메라에 결합할 수 있습니다.
