Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Managing projects/tasks from project assigned to project releasing which work through Design/Material Purchasing/ Prototype building/Releasing phases.
  • Making schedules to meet customer’s demands and Interfacing with internal cross-functional departments to insure reaching time / quality / cost aims.
  • Co-operating with relevant departments to solve design/ quality/ schedule issues in time;
  • Making comprehensive decisions when necessary to reach project targets.
  • Evaluating and controlling risks.
  • Reporting project status and highlight the important issues in time.
  • Controlling relevant project/task documents well from starting point to the end.
  • Follow temp tasks assigned.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Optical or Mechanics field, optical field is preferred.
  • Working experience:>5 years working experience in optical/ imaging industry or relevant industry; >5 years PM working experience in imaging industry is a plus. Production/Manufacturing experience is a plus. Optical design experience/skills is a plus.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Personality: Strong communication skills/Proactive/flexible/Independent/Good teamwork spirit/Able to multi-task/ open minded and willing to keep learning under pressure.
  • English: CET-4 or above. Strong written English skills. Fluent oral English is a plus, CET-6 is a plus.
  • PC: Good at using programs as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Able to use MS project/Zemax /Solidworks is a plus.

Working Benefits:

  • Working Hours: 5-day workweek, 8 hours per day, with weekends off.
  • Salary Range: RMB 15000-20000
