ZEISS Concave Diffraction Gratings는 분광 시스템과의 통합을 위해 분산 및 이미징 특성이 단일 광학 부품에 결합된 제품입니다. 이 concave grating은 홀로그램 방식으로 생성되어 초점면을 최적화하고 grating의 전체 파장 범위에서 광학 수차를 최소화합니다. ZEISS Concave Diffraction Gratings는 높은 효율성을 제공하고 미광을 최소화하도록 설계되어 분광계(spectrometer)의 신호대잡음비 및 스펙트럼 해상도를 향상시켜줍니다. Diffraction grating은 Rowland Circle 또는 polychromator 마운팅 구성을 이용할 수 있습니다. Rowland Circle grating은 Rowland Circle로 설계된 분광 시스템에 사용하기 적합하며, polychromator grating은 entrance slit, grating, plane sensor의 배치가 고정된 셋업을 위해 최적화가 되었습니다.
