At Edmund Optics®, we are passionate about giving students the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of optics and get excited about science! That’s why Edmund Optics' educational outreach program, Edmund Scientific, was developed in 2014. Edmund Scientific offers an array of learning opportunities including classroom and community experiences, educational resources, and outreach support.
Scientific exploration, facilitated by educators and engineers, is promoted through engaging and thought-provoking activities. Each activity is designed to stimulate scientific thinking and highlights different uses and properties of optical components. As new technologies become increasingly reliant on optics, we are proud to expose the next generation of thinkers, inventors, scientists, and engineers to this vital and wonderful field!
